Hi, I’m Britt

I spent years training my body to perform. Now I'm learning to also let it rest.

For most of my life, my body was a tool. Division I track and field. Obstacle racing. Triathlon. I was good at it — and I paid for it quietly, in ways I didn't fully understand until I stepped away.

Wildflower Running began in that in-between space. After competition. After the identity that came with it. Before I knew what came next.

This is the place I wish had existed then. For moving slowly. For cooking with intention. For reading things that open you rather than optimize you.

You don't have to be performing wellness to belong here.
